Kyle's place extremely clean, quiet and peaceful! Perfectly situated between all of the places we were going, and a great value for what we paid. Will definitely be staying here again!

The bed and linen was super comfy. Lots of snacks and bottled water in the fridge. Nice and clean. Comfy recliner. Out in the sticks but within 20 minute of tyler state park and other lakes. A nice quiet getaway, the way I like it. ER only 18 minutes away if ever needed

I absolutely loved Kyle's place! I was needing a quick, quiet getaway and this was perfect. The major cities were 15-20 minutes away and there were a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. It looked just like the pictures, the bed was very comfortable and perfect for 1-2 people. I will definitely stay here again

I have stayed here multiple times while working in Kilgore. It feels like a home away from home. This place has everything you need to cook, clean & relax. Kyle is quick to respond with any questions I've had. The snacks/candy are a plus!!! Will definitely be staying here anytime I'm in town for work.

Kyle is one of the best hosts I've had the pleasure of doing business with. The home is wonderfully cozy and has tons of character. The bathroom is fantastic. The bed was very comfortable. The wifi works great. I would recommend Kyle's Place to anybody looking for a fantastic getaway (or even an extended stay). Kyle made himself available and approachable and was on deck ready to help with any of our needs. The fresh roses on the dining table warmed our hearts. Kyle is quite clearly a classy and genuinely kind person and I am excited to visit again :)

The house is absolutely beautiful and amazing. The host, (Kyle (dba) KC's Place) was VERY responsive and polite. Loved all of the nice essentials that were available (in case you forget something). Loved the deck in the backyard with a nice bench and platform to relax on, (perfect spot for viewing the stars at night). The house was super clean and neat, there were special touches everywhere, including fresh flowers as the center piece on the dining room nook/table for us. Enjoyed the big tv in the living room area. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful also... Will definitely be booking again! Recommend 100% for a nice, private, peaceful getaway, to relax in a new, updated, modern, nice brick home, away from the hustle and bustle of crowded streets and cities. Everything was top notch in the home and the price for us was reasonable compared to the motel/hotels.

Kyle's place feels like a home away from home. For me, it was a rest stop on my way across the country - and what a great rest stop. Everything about this little house is welcoming and comfortable, with so many thoughtful touches - snacks, water bottles, cooking oils, a nice selection of kitchen supplies...and a cozy bed. All you need for a great stay. Highly recommended!

Literally the most perfect spot for a UT north campus travel nurse. So clean and cozy and he was very easy to communicate with 🤗
